Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we only ship within the United States.
What shipping methods do you use?
We currently use USPS or UPS to ship. If you would prefer a different shipping method, we can generally accommodate the request. But please note that additional shipping fees may apply, and it might take longer for us to get your shipment out. All packages will ship with tracking and insurance for the full value of the items shipped.
Where do you ship from? How long before I get tracking, and how long will my order take to arrive?
We currently ship from the Eastern Washington Area. We try to get packages out every weekday, though things do get backed up in November and December during the holiday season. We do our very best to ship within 24 hours during the week. Shipping normally takes between 3-7 business days. (Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii might take longer.) Weather conditions might also hamper delivery times.
I placed my order over the weekend. Will it ship on Monday?
In most cases, yes. If an item needs to be made it will take longer
Can you ship to a different address than the Billing Address?
Yes, so long as it’s within the United States.
Shipping seems too expensive for the items I want. Can I order without tracking to save money?
While we understand the cost of shipping is high on small purchases, for your safety as well as ours, we always ship orders with a tracking number.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time we do not accept returns. In some cases we can do an exchange depending on the item, all requests MUST be done through email.
Do you have a physical retail location?
At this time we do not have a physical retail location. However, we do vend at a few Eastern Washington events. Check out our Facebook/ Instagram page or sign up for our newsletter to find out about upcoming events!
Do you offer gift wrap or personalized messages?
Yes! It's an add on item you can find in the shop. We do not offer gift wrapping services at events thoguh.
I see a box that says “Coupon Code.” How do I get a coupon code?
Coupon Codes are only offered a few times a year. You’ll see them in our newsletter...so don’t forget to sign up! You’ll also get information on sales, as well as any current events at which we’re vending.
My address is coming up as “invalid” but I’ve entered it correctly?
This doesn’t happen often. But if it does to you, please send us an email. We’ll get things sorted out.
How long does it take for you to answer emails?
All emails are answered within 24 hours. This includes weekends and holidays. If we expect to be away, a notice will be placed on the homepage.
Do you have a phone number to call?
No, at this time we don’t have a phone number for customer calls. We prefer conducting business over email, as it’s better for record keeping. Email is also faster and easier for us to respond to quickly.
But I’m having issues, and I need to call!
In the rare instance a customer is in urgent need of assistance, we will make sure to call you. Please note that the call will be a blocked number.
Do you take orders by email or phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. We can take orders through email. But please, NEVER send your credit card information through email! It’s not safe!
If you don’t want to order through the website, we will send you a secure invoice for paying via credit card.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
At this time we do not accept checks or money orders. All major credit cards are accepted. If you prefer paying by cash, then please come see us at one of our vending events!
Do you bring all of your items with you to events?
As much as we wish we could, there’s just no room! If you want to pick up something specific, please email us 72 hours before a show or event. We’ll do our best to bring that item just for you.
Do you carry (insert item here)?
If it’s not on the site, then at the moment we do not carry it. But please let us know what it is you're looking for! We’ll see if it’s something we can get.
There’s a container of seeds in my package….why?
It’s a gift! All orders come with a small container of Pennie Black seeds. Yes, our name comes from a real plant!
Pennie Black flowers are easy to care for. You also received information on how to plant and grow them. (If the info sheet wasn’t in your package, let us know and we’ll send you a digital copy.)
How do I know if the clothing item I want will fit me?
Every clothing, jewelry, and accessory listing has a size chart. We measure each item in every size to ensure the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up.
What if my measurements are too big/small for the items I’m looking at?
We completely understand this particular issue! We carry all sizes offered for the garments we have. Sadly, this also means if you are bigger or smaller than the biggest/smallest size we have listed, we can’t get them in anything else. Our apologies.
Do your jewelry items contain nickel?
No. All of our jewelry items are nickel-free. (We’re allergic to it too.)
